Core & HIT Classes

The JFCHQ Fitness Center Brunssum offers many free classes. The classes I teach are Core Training and HIT. These two classes are free to join and take only 30 minutes. 
I start with an explination of each exercise and a 2-3 minute warm-up. There are 30-spaces max for each class.

HIT Training

HIT training or High Intensity Training, is a group class with participants at all levels. The class is a 30 minute training session. Using your own bodyweight and small equipment like kettlebells, TRX, medicine balls etc... the training offers a full body workout focused on strength & endurance. The circuits change every week, promoting a fun and challenging environment for the group.

Core Training

The Core class is focused on the abs, lower back and glutes. It's a 30 minute workout and accessible to everyone. Using your own bodyweight and small equipment, such as TRX, medicine ball and kettlebells. The class changes every week, keeping things fun and challenging.
